Zorra Skating Club

• Please review the email that you receive after submitting your Order Form to confirm your purchase.

• If you do NOT receive a confirmation email after submitting this form, you have likely entered your email address incorrectly (or it's gone to your Junk/Promotions/Spam folder). Please reach out to the Photographer directly ASAP if you have not received an Order Form copy / Invoice. Without a correct email address listed here, Ashley has no way of contacting you. 

• Please remove temporary tattoos, marker, pen and distracting jewelry before your Skater's Photo Day. 

↪ Earrings that dangle are NOT recommended, and are subject to being removed/unseen/distorted in the editing process. 

• No last minute changes or New orders will be accepted during Photo Day.

• If your Skater misses their class image and you would like to have them Photoshopped into the class / for the 2025-2026 Program, there will be a $15 fee per class to do so, and you must communicate that with both the Photographer AND Skate Instructor to accommodate. 

• If your skater is ill on their Photo Day and no photos of them are taken, you will receive a refund on Monday March 2, 2026.

• The Photographer will choose the best image/smile/pose of your Skater. There are No Refunds given after the image(s) have been delivered digitally. If you are concerned about your child's performance during their Photo Day, please reach out to the Photographer directly to discuss options further.

• Photographer can only guarantee the quality of prints that are placed through their professional print lab by ordering Prints on this form. 

• Please check your Junk/Promotions/Spam folder if you feel you have not received your images on time, before reaching out to the Photographer.

Photoshop clause:
• Bruises, scratches, and costume imperfections will be edited automatically.
• The following things will NOT be edited: scars, tights, hair, makeup, jewelry, marker on skin/temporary tattoos or bra straps.
• Parent may reach out to the photographer directly with any Photoshop requests/concerns.

Digital Negatives, Prints and Copyrights Clause:
• The photographs, digitals or prints produced by the Photographer are protected by International Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and the Photographer retains the copyright to all photos and images produced.
• You may not use the digital image(s) for contest or business purposes without the expressed written consent from the Photographer.

Image Completion Schedule
• Estimated delivery schedule: March 9 - 13 2026.
• Your assistance in helping Photo Day run as smoothly as possible (by reviewing all materials given, in full) is highly appreciated.

Print Pick-up
• Parent Agrees that any Prints ordered must be picked up by the Ordering Parent/Legal Guardian at the Zorra Skating Club Office during pickup hours communicated to them.
An Email will be sent to confirm when they are ready for pick up.
